Our pump is made in Taiwan with frequency control, (It can adjust the pump speed for fitting worker tempo.) It also can dipping to bottom of kettle. (don't need to move down with zinc level). The blade around 100mm hight which can make sure remain zinc level less than 100mm. (less weight for kettle lifting.)

Before pump out zinc, you should prepare something
Before pump out zinc, you should prepare something
- Take out ALL dross out. (some big dross will effect or stop at hole of blade.)
If you drossing once a week, may you need to drossing 6-8 times before pumping and make sure end of bottom without big particles. - Remove your thermocouple and setting your furnace keep at high fire to make sure the zinc temperature.
